Appointment information

  • All consultations are conduced as telehealth sessions, either via Zoom or FaceTime/phone call - please make a note in the Booking Comments which you prefer. For all Zoom consults a meeting invite will be emailed 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Please note – a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy; if you cancel within 24 hours your deposit is forfeited.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do so via the link in your confirmation email or by emailing me.

  • Please email me if you are unable to find an appointment time to suit you and I will work with you to find an alternative space.

Naturopaths recognise that what drives a condition in one person may be completely different from what drives it in another, and therefore successful treatment requires an individually tailored approach.

This means we prioritise the case-taking process and focus on hearing each patient's story in depth – the first session is usually lots of fact-finding and detective work, deep-diving into your current symptoms, clinical history, diet, lifestyle and any interventions you’ve already tried, so we’re able to figure out what’s going on with you. Only when we understand your unique drivers can we treat you effectively and efficiently.

Following your first consultation, you will be emailed a treatment plan with initial diet and lifestyle advice, any nutritional supplements and herbal medicines (and where to find them), and any referrals for targeted functional and conventional testing, if necessary.
